I have not taken this incident (Nepali Congress Chairman Girija Prasad Koirala’s decision to appoint his daughter Sujata to lead the party in the government) as anything unusual. This is only the continuity of the long-standing process of deciding on individual interest and without any discussion. Nothing new about it.
