India wants Girija/Sujata and other NC leaders on India's payroll to remain NC within Koirala family. No other family in Nepal has served India than Koirala family. India will not allow any other leader to control NC. Within NC there are leaders like Narahari Acharya, Gagan Thapa, and Sushil Koirala who have visions, ethics, and inspirations to do more than what Maoists claim to do and get done but those leaders will not serve India as much as Girija and his band of theives would. As Girija is dying, it makes sense for India to bring another half mind donkey Sujata on the line to work for them.
