Newars had been demanding those things before the birth or Maoism in Nepal. Maoist party is using Newars andNewars are using Maoist party to put their Agenda. Remember the chief of Maoist Party is a Newar. His name is Mohan Baidhya. He is the architech of Maoist party. If Congress addresses Newar issues better, Newars would use Congress to get to their demands.

I am going to predict that other ethinic group are also going to take advantage of the political situation will do the same in the other part of the country. This is a win win situation for both ethinic parties and Maoists. Ethinic party will get their demands fulfilled and Maoist will get its objective in failing the current coalition. The whell of crappy politics keeps rotating in Nepal.
