Once upon a time there was a country called Nepal, there they staged a drama called "constituent assembly elections". A person who failed to get elected even after contesting the polls from two different constituencies was first made a representative then the prime minister.

If we keep on writing the ( real) story above it would make a much interesting novel than George Orwell's "Animal Farm".
