You are coming to the line of my point at well. The "nothing" here should be just doing the job, described in the job description. Baburam did exactly that" nothing" and the others couldnt even do that "nothing"
The expectancy from leader in Nepal is so low that, people dont even want the leader to get charismatic things done. They want the mere job done for the salary people are paying for the post.
Dr Ram Saran is one of the example of incompetence who probably didnt kill anyone by the throat but didn't do anything to prosper the ordinary Nepali which had direct consequence to the rise of Maoism.
