Maoist have  the slogan of  "Citizen's Superiority" i.e. Maoist Superiority. They want Maoist everywhere, no matter they are qualified or not.  Here comes Maoist's long back  another slogan, : " Academic Degree to those who fought for Maoist". How can they appreciate the contributions of Bhagawan Koirala?  We will see one day Parchande will have heart attack and Bhagawan Koirala will save his life and Parchande will feel guilty and commit suicide.
