1.What is the time frame for H1b to get back to  F1 / F2 or any other status once H1 is revoked ? 

2. If you are unable to get  1-20 from any school , worse come worse , how long would be ok to live here without overstay tag?

3. What are the penalties for O/S for less than six months?
