Hello Guys.

My spouse is here in USA in H4 status. I want her to get at least state ID from VA. But DMV is asking for two forms of ID. I have only one i.e. Passport. she does not go to college and not allowed to work. So I can not make another id for her here. According to DMV her birth of certificate from Nepal ( in English and notarized) can  work but I don't have that. 

I was wondering if anybody has faced this problem and solved it ??  Please share your experience.....
