The resident of Budanilkantha, Visnumati VDC Mr. Prachanda Poudel father of 3 has died from road accident due to the teenagers mischief towards their bike riding. He was hit hard by a bike ba.23.pa 3456 pulsar model 200 CC in chapali turning. The locals has burnt down the bike and taken 2 teenagers named prakash thapa and ramesh rai in custody. The were found influenced of drugs and have been taken to Budanilkantha police station. Mr. Prachanda Poudel died on the way to teaching hospital and declared dead. The locals of Chapali has requested goverment to point Chapali Turning as high accident area and to build speed breaker as Dhurbatara school is near by. -HNS
