though, rude at times, it's fun to read khagendra sangraula.. his stories about his childhood that used to be published in "nawa yuwa" were good reads.. brought a lot of issues that many hadn't previously, though i am unable to state them for it was a long time back..

i don't agree with him most of the times, but he was one of the few writers who'd the courage to write against king gyanendra's censorship back in the day.. i don't know what's going on now..

it's bad to see his son and daughter being brought up here.. if you don't know how they are here, you cant just create "facts" out of the box.. i know people who've taken loans, and that can very well be the case.. i've also seen khagendra sangraula at restaurants smoking and drinking.. it's not that expensive in nepal.. he's published a lota books, and does a lot of freelance writing, and also worked for some ngo (about who he criticized in his writings) ..

he's not one of those writers who use subtle words to influence the audience.. i feel he's capable of doing that, but he's created and mastered his own style.. his work is an art, and i appreciate that...
