If we could chase him from sajha that way, I am sure he'll come with a different name and would create another havoc, and we got to work even harder to stop that..It needs 20 of us just to get him out. 20 of us in unison can do a lot more than just kicking a person out, So lets not waste our time on trifle matters. Also,   i remember one nepali proverb and deserve to remain quiet

I am not advocating him rather being more realistic. The best way to get rid of him is to avoid him.
