 It's not clear when you were actually suspended from the college and you became out of status. I assume you were suspended for summer. If that's the case, don't worry about the reinstatement thing. You can transfer to another college but the college must accept you. Once you get accepted either for summer or fall, then you can be a full time student and study hard. In this case, you dont have to worry about your status but you have to be careful though.
