i doubt the authetenticity of this news article. dont think such details can ever leak or b told publicly n only to kantipur by army or whoever the source is even if it was to b true when in fact it is again said to b highly classified. so doesnt make any sense. i found it more to b a propogonda on whoevers interest, dont know but with an intention of causing more fraction between current maoist led gov n army. n ppl wanting for military coup to happen in nepal, i dont think it would b any difference than early 2005 when gyane played his own game which would obviously bring civil war back again n same ol' shitsss of voilence n anarchy.
