instead of getting rid of all the ads, you need to manage them..

i end up never looking at the ads.. if there were fewer of them located strategically, it would be better for everyone.. but a fixed rate per month of putting up the ads might have resulted in this..

i mean this website has loads of content and features already... i guess it's time now that you focus on aesthetics and try design sth that looks better.
