Here is the thing.  In getting away for 30 trades, you have to have a minimum 10000 account value. 
But with TD ameritrade you can open your account and trade for less than 100.
All they need is a copy of your passport, and yours state Id so that they can verify you are a foreign individual residing in the united states. 
That's what I did..
