Not just nepali society but all other society have these so called 'bokas'.
Here's a lil list I made (dont be offended :)):
Bokas are single.
Bokas have sex on their mind 24/7 and thats exactly what they're thinking of when they're talking to a girl.
Bokas are good at fishing because they are master baiters.
Bokas hang out with other bokas to talk about a girls pockas.
Bokas DONOT always smell. Some bokas use perfumes and deoderants excessively.
A Boka always eyes his non-Boka's girlfriend with lust.
You CANNOT argue with a Boka. A Boka's brain is controlled by his balls.
Once a Boka falls in love he becomes a Khasi.
Once a Boka becomes a Khasi, other Bokas start harrasing him.
Bokas like to drink large volumes of alcohol. Even on dates.
Bokas are secretly, willingly or unwillingly, part of an organization called BJP, or the Boka Janta Party. This party lays down the constitution for their Bokapanti.
Bokas are usually bad at academics and good at athletics. Although there are a minority of intellectual Bokas, they're not really a threat to their stronger counterparts.
If a Boka meets a Boki, you can be assured its going to be the longest pron film ever.
Most Bokas dress alike. Its because it dont really matter to them as its all gonna come off when they get laid, IF they get laid.
If you're a chick/woman/girl/nonBoki and you see a Boka approaching you, take evasive action. Punch him in the balls.
If you're a Khasi and you see a Boka approaching you, there's really nothing much you can do except wait for him to get done.

The most dangerous kind of Bokas are the Khate Bokas. There is a general tendancy for Bokas to fall into that category. But Khate Bokas are Khate, so they don't allow normal Bokas to be Khate like themselves. Hence it all balances out in the end.
If you're approched by a Khate Boka, try punching him in the balls, but sometimes these things have balls of steel, in which case you are going to get verbally assaulted.
The only weapon against Bokas is to ignore them. Bokas feed on the attention they get from their victim. If you can deprive them of this, even the Khate Bokas have nothing on you.
Bokas NEVER carry a condom.
It is rare for you to contract an STD because most of the Bokas are virgins.
The Khate Bokas are NOT virgins, they usually lose their virginity when very young, to dead animals.
When aggravated, Bokas can resort to violence, but most of the time, their bark is definitely always bigger than their bite.
Khate Bokas WILL resort to violence when aggravated because all Bokas think from their balls, and these guys have balls of steel so...
If you ask a Boka what NBA is he is most likely to guess National Boka Association.
If you ask a Boka what UNDP stands for, well you Bokas already know that rite ? ;)
Lastly, Bokas think all other guys are bokas like themselves and will not hesitate to call them out
