The worst ever finance minister of Nepal. And yeah, thats the reality, the hard earned money by doing hard work have been taxed and been distributed to PLA and YCLs.
My tips to Dr. Bhattarai (Though I am ashamed to call this bastard a Doctor):
Bring yourself and other terrorists (killers of 14000 Nepalese) into custody and surrender
Bring Ram Hari Shrestha's killer in public (Badal knows where he is)
Tell your wife that there are now enough of your relatives in the government position
Do something that benefits everyone, not only your PLA and YCL
Stop making worst comments and intimidating people, though you are in government..You can do nothing bastard
If you have guts, you would have published my comments in your website, you bastard..I will wait and see that a maoist combatant will rape your daughter like they did lot of other nepalese sisters...
