So far as I know today is the last day for lottery. If folks are lucky enough there won't be any lottery (but there will be mini lottery on the last day, whenever it comes). If there are less than 6500 & 20000 applications by 5:00 pm California time. There won't be any lottery toady, all applications will be considered for H-1B but there is mere chances for this situation based on the trend.
