You are justifying the fact that someone can run away after an accident? You smoking weed or something?

a crime as long as the driver is sane , not drunk and driving
carefully. Accident happens. Nepali must learn this fact."
But it's a crime to flee a scene after an accident. And do we have proof that the woman's life was in danger? Was there a crowd trying to beat her up? You cannot leave someone to die in the street, dumbass!
