    Nonimmigrant Status;
  2. Documents
    Evidencing the applicants valid H-1B employment with ABC Inc:


 



    1. Copy of I-94, H1B Approval Notice and Passport
      as EXHIBIT 1;
    2. Copy of Employment Verification Letter as EXHIBIT 2;
    3. Copy of Three Most recent Pay stubs as EXHIBIT 3;
    4. Copy of 2008 W-2 and Tax returns as EXHIBIT 4;

    1. Original and Endorsed I-20 issued by XYZ University as EXHIBIT 5;
