I try to go to bed by 10pm and be asleep by 10:30pm. This will give me good 7 hours of sleep when I wake up at 5:30am.
Ideally...
Tara... koi bela 9 bajey nai ghurghur huncha, koi bela 1am 2am samma pani movie herera basiraheko huncha (latter, mostly in the weekends).
