So, to change the topic or rather bringing the train back to the track, here's the cliche:

SLC 1st Division - join Science

SLC 2nd Division - join Commerce

SLC 3rd Division - join Arts

How true is this?  If so, how has it affected our national development?

Going from the often sited process flow above, Nepal should have outstanding scientists, mediocre businessmen and downright dysfunctional artists.

But I see the opposite in most cases.

What gives?
