One possible ground may be you're not healthy enough, may be. Go see the doctor and have them check your blood sugar, blood pressure etc. I heard the more common reason of fatigue is blood pressure or sugar.


Try consuming more nutritious food than usual. Eat enough fruits, vegetables etc.


And if you drink alcohol regularly, try not to or limit it.
