I'm in the USA. It actually stands for Under Skirts Area. Like JAPAN stands for Jumping And Pumping At Night. But you wouldn't know. I doubt if you have the mental capacity to acknowledge that there are other people in the world beside you, meaning there are other opinions as well. If you want to be a stubborn boka about it and force your views down other people's throats, so be it. You should actually join Al Qaeda because apparently for no reason other than jealousy, you hate, absolutely abhor, the USA.
