SOMEONE told me this .........I love Nepal and our culture...tradition and our History. But someone made me THINK.....it does have a point.

In Nepal we worship almost everything.....for a balde of grass to everything, like animals, cars, houses, money, utentils, food.....You name it and we worship it. We Pray to good for everything,,,,,someone puts a stone and puts a tika nd some flowers..In Nepal nextday there will be a line of devootes offering fruits and money....... we have so many gods that represent almost everything, wind, fire, water, trees, mountains etc etc.....SO its safe to say that Nepalese is one of the most Godly and GOD LOVING PEOPLE in the world..Our faith is unshakable and everything is Holy in Nepal....... So why have the Gods turned their backs on us Dont they hear our prayers?????  Why are we the poorest country in the world when we Pray to LAXMI GODDESS OF WEALTH???? Why are people dying, why is there poverty, hunger, and LACK OF EVERYTHING. Should we worship more or we are overdoing it.???

This comment made me think??? YA GOD WHY???

Beef eating countries Like the America and all countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia should have been destroyed by the wrath of GOD for eating Beef,,......yet they are far Richer and BLESSED than Nepal. ALL KINDS OF HAPPINESS DENYED TO NEPALESE...WHY??///................

comming to the topic.....Cow is Holy in Nepal because our culture askes for it..AND I EXPECT EVERYNEPALI IN NEPAL TO RESPECT IT..............as for us in USA.........its a matter of choice because thats the most comon meat here.......so eat beef in USA not in NEPAL.....another reason is Nepali cows are worshipped and cared for like a member of the family and hs names.and we see touch and interact with cows daily in Nepal....BUT Here they are given hormonal treatments and bred simply for food....and when was the last time one saw a live cow...?????
