Sajhakohero, I disagree with you on a point - most of the American/Canadian/Europian, etc now who were born and grew up in Nepal are not traitor, they still love Nepal more than Nepali crook politicians residing in Nepal doing nothing but throwing sweet promises all the time do. If Nepal has to be protected from foreign intervention or if Nepal has to be developed, these non-residential Nepali can do far more than Nepali politicians who are taking the reign of saving Nepal in every aspects. So, it may not be a bad idea to grant citizenship with some conditions to non-residential Nepali.

But, author of the article who is arguing for granting dual citizenships to those who were not born and grew up in Nepal is damn wrong. Those people my invest in Nepal for monetary benefits only without loving Nepal and helping Nepal when she really need help.
