Its really sad news for Nepal. "Jaba paryo rati ani budhi tati bhane jhai.....Its irony that we are not proper using our assets......

In fact Nepal receives higest amount of rainfall in the world during summer monsoon ....But wondering why goverment is not thinking about rain water harvesting.  Seems engineers in NEC are watchdog only. That is not a good reason to show that this winter we didn't have rain.

I guess its not only the matter of money for the solution.
