In the Consititution, a provision should be made to allow each MP to have one valu (mandatory) at their service.

So that MPs can get nice warm massage after hard day work from personal valu. This will allow the creation of employments for 601 valus.

Also, how about making Duty Free whiskies free to MPs?

Free Condoms?

Lubricants for free?

Sauna Bath free?

And then make it mandatory for MPs to take Kamasutra lessons !!
