Call yr husband in US in B2 visa and apply for F2. This is the end of story. Don't get doubt that his status won't be changed. You need to prove he is yr husband, that's all !!!!! If u need more info n doubt talk to any immigration lawyer in US. First time talking is FREE !!!! Just google the immi. lawyer. I see u r confused n not confident.
