"The Departed" was a remake of a Hong Kong movie, and they announced it during the Oscar that it was a remix of a "Japanese" movie instead. That my firend, is offensive. Go and check it yourself.
I was watching Golden Globe with Jake, a typical regular patriotic America. When Anil started clapping like a money and jumping up, Jake asked "Who is this guy?". I told him, just a big time Indian star. He said Anil was ugly and acted retarded, that was an honest answer. I laughed my ass off. When asked "What did he do in the movie?", I told him there might be a small role, he was like "Do all the actors in India act like that ?". And my answer was "Yep, most of them".
