people still looking for H1 without a Job? Its easy to maintain status while in F1 even though someone might have already finished grad school he can still join some cheap college to maintain status or do PHD, use cpt/opt and work any entry level, middle level jobs. once in H1 u cant go back to F1(without job), cant do entry level jobs as there is salary requirement, really tough to get h1 level jobs, almost impossible to maintain paystubb without job, u'r status can be in trouble as there are so many audits with these dhoti consultancies. Its a complete trap to jump for H1 without a job.
