While you are very right that little knowledge is a dangerous "thing," you proved it yourself by not reading the whole thing and the context that I was referring. I said:
"The renouncement is not enforced with some documentation but through verbal commitment when you take the oath."
My wording "doesn't endorse" would have been better than "renouncement."
