I had heard that there are around 4-5 Nepalese (or Nepali origin) and 100s Indians. If Rajendra is first to enter into NASA, it's good to know about this news. Nationals from around the world are trying to become first in space/moon from their respective country and we have headline of  "First Nepali in NASA".

BTW, Does NASA hire scientists with F-1, H-1 status? I think all federal agencies hire only permanent residents and citizens.
