Where are you at right now? You first need to verify which place you live for us to suggest you any college or university. Are you talking about the physiology class that is required for the nursing program or is it just a class needed for you major?

I do not think any class can be that hard to pass. For classess like physiology, you will definately need to give good amount of time. But more than anything else, you need to first figure out which method of learning best works for you.

Do not freak out. If you be loyal to your studies, you can definately get an A.
