KATHMANDU: It started with Maoist supremo Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”
receiving brickbats on his new bed that was said to have cost over NRS 100,000.

Now, Prachanda is set to create further controversy with a Nepali tabloid Monday
reporting that Nepal’s first Maoist prime minister will ride a new
car
– a Toyota Landcruiser that is being imported from Japan at a cost of NRS 10
million.
