Strike hits life in Bara, Parsa

Life in Parsa and Bara districts has been affected by a general strike onSaturday called by Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha led by Jwala Singh, anunderground outfit operating in Terai.

The rebel group announced strike which it said was to protest the killingof its leader on Thursday by unidentified group. However, the rebels havealleged police hand in murder.
