I am in a Grace Period right now (60 days). It ends on February 28th 09.

Can i get Kaplan's I20 at the end of February and apply for H1B this year. The Dhoti Consultnacy I work for says YES they can file for my H1B if I have any I20s ( Kaplan's I20 would do)!

 I am just confused, can they?? Coz you know how much they lie, can't trust them!

Please give me some suggestions. I would appreciate!
