I haven't been to kathmandu in a while so i was wondering if anyone else could help me by providing some information to complete this article.

Is the initial cost of hiring a taxi still Rs. 7?
Cost per km? (if you have the info)
Night time taxi: 50% extra?

Is there a number one can call to hire a taxi?
