Be impartial..not a mail chauvinist..why are you asking "bigriyeko" to only nepali girls and not boys? Girls maybe "bigriyeko" (as per your definition) here...but boys are "bigriyeko" 10 times more both in Nepal and US...so why only blaming girls?
