yes, dhoti raised their heads due to the incompetency of weak nepal government. when punjabis and darjeelinges raised their voices, we all witnessed how Indian govt. crushed them. and we gave in to the outcry of 3-4 million dhotis. on top, we cannot even crush the so called terai tigers.
