if u dont wash or take care of ur body u get diseases, u dont take care of ur people n country with the given responsiblities u get rebels, thats a simple logic. all the rebels itselves r byproduct of corrupt, bad, unfair governance system of nepal. its good it has surfaced to b taken care  right now rather than sweeping it under the carpet for it to explode out again in some time future. n maoist didnt create the ethnicity division nor they r inclined to seperate from nepal with few opportunist exceptions who doesnt represent the plea of related ethnics at all but the maoist exploited these opportunities n stood on the same platform to gain popularism. its also lame to blame maoist for current electricity crisis, they hav been leading gov for only 4 months. during war time there were security concerns but that doesnt contribute all for creating current crisis. n it was a declared war between two sides, war arent pretty, at every chance of an opportunity u want to b always in a position of strategically advantegeous than other, blowing bridges, towers, eliminating potential threats, capturing strategic positions either by force or other means, propogonda r all part of it which was carried on equally by both sides. as for electricity crisis,  it was the policy of then gov which was very unfavourable n water mafias, they take liscences n keep it pending just to gain personally, mthr fckers, the real worms of nepal, they r to b crushed.
