i admire Dr Baburam bhattarai, it's nice to see transperancy in the budget, he would have easily denied showing it as Prime minister is from his party, but instead he showed it clearly. yesto manche hamro desh ko lagi atyanta jaruri cha. he could have easily traveled to many countries with gov. money but he didnt.
