All I want to say is that good people address everybody in the same vein. Think about this: if a minister of Nepal goes to a police-chauki and address the detained people there using f words (because they are the people who use them frequently, and are in any way, the allegedly worst scums), will that be okey? You have to be what you are, and treat everybody in the way that represents you, not those people. It is important to have your own identity, Jet.
Speaking of institution, my school was so bad that they didn't teach me anything. I had to learn everything on my own. Not everybody is lucky like you..
