the simple answer for this decision (i don't think this government has guts to make any decisions for the sake of the people except to change the name of streets,parks and municipality ) is: FEAR.

this bastard has ordered to kill almost 15000 people and as someone mention earlier its not only 15000 but the number is way more than that who suffer directly and indirectly. they keep talking about 1950's treaty, freedom for undercast and minority but look whats going on now, NOTHING. absolutely nothing except they want to use all the resources for the sake of their so called army, and their party members.
