Yes, Sajhabahadur, RUle is like this:

You must have at least one year of full-time paid work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in an occupation listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) list.

[Be careful now at this point, earlier the rule used to be : You must have at least one year of full-time paid work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in an occupation listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) list. Your experience must be listed in an occupation listed in Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B of the NOC and it must have occurred in the past 10 years.

But according to the new rule, as per Minister Kenny, your occupation must be one of the 38 high-demand occupations as listed]

So, your only chance is to prove that you had 1 year of full-time paid work as an instructor in Nepal. If your part time work experience will not total to 1 year or more during the last 10 years period.. you better make arrangement to produce such proof, even if you have to lie !!!!!!!

Dear Civil Engineers: I understand your jhatka experience due to this idiotic announcement by Minister Kenny who applied this new rule retroactove to Feb 27th, 2008, while the announcement was made only in Nov 28th, 2008. Of course, this will give jhatka to all who applied between Feb 27 and Nov 28 and may be some who might have applied after Nov 28th as well. This is a stupid decision made by the Canadian Govt. This is simply bullshit. Why can't they just say that , OK this is the new rule and will be efective from Next Day Onwards.
