Even I would suggest MoneyGram. So far, for me MoneyGram is the best. I tried everything from Muncha, thamel, moneytonepal, Wire transfer from Bank etc. But finally I found MoneyGram the fastest and reliable. Check details at moneygram.com
I did check PayPal, just curious and seems like PayPal charges are little more than $1 per transaction. Seems like if you withdraw money outside US, PayPal will change around 1+2.5=3.5% of transaction. See details below or check PayPal user agreement
