I had a full coverage but they are tellling me that i violated the contract by taking the car out of state. So the insurance wont be paying for anything. I am even taking a flight back to houston now coz they are not renting me the car as I was an additional driver on the agreement and the real renter is not with me right now. I am 101% sure that the employee from enterprise did not ask me anything if I was taking the car out of state or not (I even have a friend who was with me all the time) but when i talked to enterprise they told me that i had signed the contract which states the car could be driven only in the state of texas. Its very rare that anybody would read the contract before signing it and they said that since i had signed the contract i was liable for everything. The car was rented in the state of texas only and the car was crashed in Iowa. What should i do?
