My cousin (20 years old, male) is coming to Perth, Australia on the 28 th of December as a student in Sterling Business College. His housing hasn't been arranged yet and I am looking for a room for him either to sublet for a month, or as a roommate for long period of time, or even as a paying guest for a few weeks.
