Thanx guys. I really appreciate ur valuable suggestions. In my case day by day my condition is going worst. Nowadays its really difficult to concentrate on the things i ve to do in the office; i can't cooperate with my boos and colleagues because i feel i m inferior and can't look into their eyes. The whole day the same small thing is rolling into my mind ... does anybody else have the problem like me ? I think i m the only one ... pls share ur experiences and more suggestions...
