Dude why is everyone banging their heads on someones win!! Fu<k it!! Leave him alone. Also whoever won this jackpot...simple answer to your questioin is call the Lottery comission of Texas... no other state and quit putting a nonsense blog here. Should I start a blog here saying I won the Megamillion or the Powerball here... makes no sense!!! If you have won the money keep it in your pocket and run... don't be dumb and start a blog regarding the win and mention where u from and whereever u go to college!!

If you have lived in US enough you should know what to do and what not to. read all the  responses and delete this blog...coz frankly if you win that much of money in a scratchoff... your Boss in your gas station will know who cashed it...in a worst case senerio the lotter comission can disqualify your win if you are or were a employee in that gas station.
